Partially Hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide (PHPA) based Drilling Polymer, used for preparation of lubricating mud in deep drilling applications such as Piling, Diaphragm walls, etc. It works as a low viscous borehole stabilizer, preventing reactive shale and clay from swelling and sloughing with upgradation in its stability. It improves slurry rheology, diminishes mud rings, bit balling, inhibits clay formation and reduces drill pipe torque and pumping pressure on application. It exhibits strong shear thinning performance, has relatively good flocculation ability, ensures significant lubrication and drag reduction and does not interfere with underground layer of water with consequential reduction in cost of drilling mud if compared to ordinary dispersed mud.
